Rebecca is the founder of DUNKEL RICHTER and represents private individuals as well as small to medium-sized companies and startups in the area of media law. She takes on representation in and out of court and also ensures data protection law compliance for companies.
A particular focus of her work is press law and the legal aspects of personal rights, where she advises and represents in particular those affected by Hate Speech and #MeToo.
Rebecca passed the first state law examination at the Philipps University in Marburg. During her legal traineeship in Berlin, she worked at Bayer AG and the Tegel correctional facility, among other places. After her second state exam, she worked as an attorney at the major law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT. Before founding DUNKEL RICHTER in February 2021, Rebecca worked at the law firm JBB Rechtsanwälte, which specializes in media law.
She is a member of the “Deutscher Juristinnenbund” (German Women Lawyers Association) (djb).
